  • 3 to 5 bananas (depending on the size)
  • 4 cups of low fat milk or almond milk
  • ½ cup of ice cubes

Mode of preparation:

  • Wash the bananas thoroughly under clean running water
  • Chop them up and put in a blender
  • Add milk and blend till smooth
  • Pour over ice cubes and stir

It is advised to substitute breakfast and dinner with this diet, while having a correctly proportioned balanced diet for lunch.

  1. THE 7 DAY BANANA DIET MENU

Daily Ingredients:

  • 8 pounds of bananas
  • Green tea
  • Eggs

Mode of preparation:
